Hello! I'm Erkan ARANCI. I've been working as a Hotel Manager in the tourism industry for 8 years. During this time, I've seen that one of the most critical points of hotel operations is guest communication.

Our guests ask for WiFi passwords at midnight, wonder about check-out times, want to know pool hours... And sometimes we receptionists can't even keep up with answering these simple questions. Especially during peak season, this situation leads to both staff stress and guest dissatisfaction.

"What if an AI answered these repetitive questions? What if our staff could focus on truly important matters?"

Otel Desk was born from this question. I started developing this project to minimize operational and communication process problems, reduce staff workload, and improve guest experience.
